General Information
Lacrosse is sport where teams of 10 players compete against each other to score the most goals. Most of the time goals are worth one point, but in some goals in Major League Lacrosse are worth two. Lacrosse is played in twohalves, that vary in time depending upon what league you play in. The lacrosse stick that players use is netted so they can catch and pass/shoot the hard rubber ball. The Players wear a helmet, shoulder pads, elbows pads (optional in most areas), lacrosse stick with a head, and gloves. For more information go to the equipment page.
